Share Draft Checking Accounts
Our checking accounts are available to you with no service fees or no minimum balance requirements. The only additional charges would be for ordering checks, an overdraft of your account or if you wanted to place a “stop payment” on a check. No dividends are paid on checking accounts.
Guardian Watchdog Overdraft ProtectionMembers may enroll in our overdraft protection program. Your overdrawn check, ACH or recurring debit card transactions are covered up to $300 by your credit union, including fees. You will be notified of the overdraft and are required to bring your account to a positive balance within 30 days. To enjoy this same coverage for everyday debit card transactions or ATM transactions, you must request we do so by "opting in" to this coverage. Please call us for more details.
A fee of $25.00/item is charged for overdraft protection, the same fee we would charge if we had to return an item. Items will be returned if the overdrawn balance will exceed the limit.
